Join us on Thursday, September 30th at 5:00pm at Decker Theatre to Celebrate Richard Beeman, winner of the 2010 George Washington Book Prize for Plain, Honest Men: The Making of the American Constitution. Beeman will share the dramatic story of the conflicts and compromises of the Constitutional Convention. Beeman is Professor of History and former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. The evening will include a special performance of the National Constitution Center’s live multimedia program, Freedom Rising.
